About Us

With over 20 years of construction experience, Josh has extensive knowledge of commercial and residential construction design, development, and management. Mod+Co Developers LLC was created to focus on the development, design-build, and management of high-quality, modern construction projects that enhance the lives of those who occupy them.

In 2015, after years of managing and building residential construction projects in East Texas, Josh relocated to Dallas and ventured into commercial high-rise construction. Working for some of the largest General Contractors in the area on luxury residential high-rise, mixed use, and hospitality projects, Josh gained invaluable Construction Management experience on projects ranging in value from $30 million to over $110 million. Some projects towering more than 30 stories high and extending over 60 feet below ground, the projects Josh worked on reshaped the DFW skyline. This work created a passion in Josh for construction Project Management and Management Consulting Services.

After six years of commercial construction, Josh and his wife, Micah, decided to relocate closer to their family in East Texas. This allowed them to have more time with their young children and ability to create Mod+Co Developers LLC. With a passion for home designing and creating high performing construction projects, Josh works daily to discover new and innovative construction methods. 

Micah has a passion for designing interior spaces that stand apart from most with their open, light, airy,  and minimalist design. As the founder and business owner of Casa Boho, an online textile company, Micah is very knowledgeable in design and interior décor. She is the lead interior designer for Mod+Co Developers, and strives to incorporate the client's vision into the final design of each project.
