The Modern Tulum is a 2,400 sq ft split-level custom home that blends modern minimalism with the laid-back elegance of Tulum, Mexico. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a dedicated home office, the home is thoughtfully designed to support both relaxation and functionality. Zoned living spaces flow naturally across two levels, enhanced by abundant natural light, organic textures, and high-end finishes. Every detail was intentionally chosen to create a serene, sanctuary-like atmosphere—offering a fresh, soulful take on modern living in East Texas.
