With over two decades in construction, Josh is the seasoned expert, bringing unparalleled knowledge to the table. His vision led to the creation of Mod+Co Design Build, dedicated to high-quality, modern projects that elevate lives.

Micah, the creative force, founded Casa Boho, showcasing her flair for unique design. As the lead designer, she weaves the client's vision into every project, creating airy, minimalist sanctuaries.

Beyond their professional journey, Josh and Micah are proud parents of two. This family-centric duo is rewriting the construction narrative, seamlessly blending innovation, quality, and a friendly touch to transform living spaces.     Josh enters the construction industry, marking the beginning of his extensive career in construction design, development, and management.

    After years of successfully managing and building residential construction projects in East Texas, Josh relocates to Dallas to explore the realm of commercial high-rise construction. He takes on roles with major General Contractors in the Dallas area, gaining invaluable experience on luxury residential high-rise, mixed-use, and hospitality projects.

    Josh works on a diverse range of projects, overseeing construction endeavors valued from $30 million to over $110 million. His work includes high-rise projects exceeding 30 stories in height and extending over 60 feet below ground, significantly impacting the DFW skyline. This experience ignites his passion for construction Project Management and Management Consulting Services.

    In pursuit of a more family-oriented lifestyle, Josh and his wife, Micah, decide to relocate their family to East Texas. This move provides them with the opportunity to spend more quality time with their young children and lays the foundation for the creation of Mod+Co Developers LLC.

    Note: If you already have a design from a qualified architect, we seamlessly move from Phase 1 to Phase 3, streamlining the process based on your existing blueprint.
